Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was smaller than expected and had issues with the air conditioning temperature control, lacking some basic amenities like a mirror and coat hanger. The room did not match the pictures online but was decent compared to other accommodations worldwide.
My stay was fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Trevi Fountain and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were spotless and modern, but a bit of noise in the mornings. The service was beyond helpful, providing us with great recommendations. The dining experience was impressive for an Italian hotel, offering good coffee. Overall, a superb experience with a couple of minor inconveniences.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right near the Trevi Fountain and a short walk to many attractions. The rooms were wonderful with great views and very clean, but climbing six flights of steep stairs to the third floor was quite the workout. The service was mostly helpful and cooperative, especially the receptionist Zenia, although I did have a bad experience with a valuable item going missing. Dining was a mixed bag - some good value options, but the quality was inconsistent.
I found the hotel to be comfortably dated but with helpful service. The location was incredible, just a minute away from the Trevi Fountain and central to many attractions. The dining options were good, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and close to all the must-see places. The rooms were modern, but the enclosed patio with the noisy air conditioning unit was a downside. The panoramic terrace was a great idea, but sadly, a broken umbrella and a dirty table made it unusable.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to all the main attractions and shops. The rooms, though in a separate building, felt a bit outdated and musty; with the inconvenience of requiring five doors to access. Hot water was limited, there was no heating in cold January, and the absence of WiFi was noticeable.
The hotel is ideally located just a block away from the main building, offering small rooms with a charming ancient wooden ceiling from the 16th century. Despite a slight issue with the air conditioner temperature control, the historical ambiance adds to the experience.
The hotel rooms were beautiful, with lots of space, two bathrooms, and a bathtub/jacuzzi, providing ample storage. However, we were disappointed as our non-smoking room was filled with cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant, especially with a baby.
